39 new charging stations – operation, billing, and support all from a single source
In line with the principles of sustainable and modern mobility, ÖAMTC Air Rescue is investing in modern charging infrastructure: In collaboration with ÖAMTC ePower.Business, all 18 Christophorus bases across Austria are being equipped with innovative electric vehicle charging solutions. This allows employees to conveniently charge their electric vehicles with green electricity right at their workplace.
“This gives us a convenient way to charge private and company electric vehicles directly at our bases—without any additional administrative burden for the organization,” emphasizes Marco Trefanitz, managing director of ÖAMTC Air Rescue. “For us, this is another step toward consistently integrating sustainable mobility into our day-to-day operations.”
Everything from a single source
The 39 new charging stations are managed by ÖAMTC ePower.Business. This includes not only the day-to-day operation of the stations but also the billing of all associated costs. The annual payment of the GHG bonus is also processed automatically. In addition, a 24/7 customer service hotline and specialized second-level support are available to address any concerns or questions.
“Our goal is to make the transition to electric mobility as easy as possible for companies, municipalities, and organizations,” explains Marcella Kral of ÖAMTC ePower.Business. “With our turnkey solutions, we take care of all the administrative work for our partners—from selecting and installing the right charging infrastructure to ongoing operation and support.”
As an aviation company and rescue organization, ÖAMTC Air Rescue is aware of its responsibility not only to its patients but also to society. “Our employees do invaluable work day in and day out to ensure the safety of people in Austria,” says Marco Trefanitz. “With this initiative, we want to support them in pursuing resource-efficient mobility.”
